Very soon, probably on Bill of Rights Day or Boston Tea Party Day, Congress will vote the Constitution and Bill of Rights out of existence. For real.
Where will you be? What will you do? Will you stand up for the Constitution while the traitors have at its carcass?
Bill of Rights Day Rally Against the National Defense Authorization Act
It's time for all people of good conscience to come together to repel the latest, greatest threat to Liberty, the INDEFINITE MILITARY DETENTION provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act. The bill grants the military the power to hold anyone merely accused of being a terrorist or aiding terrorists in indefinite military detention without Due Process or the right of Habeas Corpus.
We need to puncture the media blackout of NDAA, wake the people up to the real and present danger it represents and initiate a stream of action both locally and nationally to stop it.
Here's a sample action:

This is where the rubber meets the road!
PLEASE INVITE ALL YOUR FRIENDS! LET'S SPARK A NATIONAL ANTI-NDAA REBELLION! YES, WE CAN!!
This needs to go NATIONAL now. Please post this event on all other orgs and movements who want to defend the Constitution and prosecute the TRAITORS.

The statement on NDAA passed by the General Assembly of Occupy Los Angeles:
Occupy Los Angeles Rejects the National Defense Authorization Act
Occupy Los Angeles demands that President Obama veto the National Defense Authorization Act. The legislation includes provisions which destroy the Constitutional rights of Habeas Corpus and Due Process. American citizens and all people everywhere have the inalienable right to contest their imprisonment and to a civilian trial by jury. We reject this and all legislation which abridges these rights as well as the false belief that doing so will make the nation more secure. The bill also contains sanctions against the oil industry and monetary systems of Iran which are clear precursors to a military attack. Additionally, the bill funds wars that the majority of Americans oppose. These endless, senseless wars only serve the Corporatist interests of the 1% and we oppose this and all legislation which enables and perpetuates them.
