The end of the Current central bank DID not begin on Nov.22,2008.

It began on June 1963 when JFK created executive order 11110,it has not been recended,but has not been enforced. Google it and see.

I am interested in reading an expose on executive order 11110. I do not see where this EO actually called for a United State Note.
