I started a radio show on BlogTalkRadio.com for the 'We The People' group in Texas about a year ago. BTR would probably be a much better host for your conference calls than Talkshoe, and I doubt they would kick you off like Talkshoe did. They're still a free service, they're much more upscale, and if you look at BTR, I'm sure you'll see a few other good reasons to be there.
One thing that might help though, is to start with one or 2 shows and get them established, and then branch out to doing one show for each state or each city as you decide. It's difficult to schedule and maintain that many shows. It might also be good to do them at different times. Not everyone can listen at one specific time, and they might like to get on a couple of different shows. Which is impossible if they're all going on at the same time. You use less bandwidth doing it that way as well, so you're less likely to be a burden to BTR. It's a free service after all.
