Rally Saturation?

I saw something a couple of days ago (and now I can't find it of course) of a plan for Rallys at all FED locations on September 22nd.  I though it strange because we usually do it on November 22nd of every year - the FED creation date.

Since the 100-year Charter is UP in 2013, why don't we have monthly Rallys?  Start with Sept 22nd - Oct 22nd - and Nov 22nd, just to see how it goes?

This is just an idea I'm throwing out there to see everyone's feedback.
