Per Steven's comment below, I went to downsizeDC.org and found this page. Feel free to send a letter (after registering on the site). But obviously everyone should print this petition and start collecting signatures now for Ron Paul's bill HR 833.

We will be launching a partnership with DownsizeDC.org to send online letters to representatives in Washington. These will be VERIFIED letters from constituents to representatives.

I have set a personal goal to get at least 100 signatures, and I'm already a quarter of the way there. Once I reach that goal, I'm going to set a new goal and keep going with it. How are you guys doing? Are you sending yours in right away or sending all at once?

Giving them a $100 million dollars may help too...I apologize in advance for the cynicism, but you can't really blame me...can you? :)

Actually, I like the idea. If there are some Congressman, who are truly impressionable, then we should make the effort to reach out to them. As I learned, from John Perkin's account of corporate executives: with enough pressure, they can be persuaded. Let's just hope our Congressional representatives can see past their next campaign contribution...(fingers crossed)!

From what I've learned, our Congressmen and Senators are not even aware of what the Fed is, and what it's doing to us. Therefore, our most efficient educational effort is to teach our national representatives. To do this, let's assign two knowledgeable patriots to carry signs and pass out fliers at the entrance to each Congressman's home office throughout the country ... during normal working hours ... until the Fed is removed. Eventually, each Congressman will have to read the flier and the press which will have to take notice if we keep it up. It will only take each of us to volunteer for an hour or two a week to make this happen. I believe this may be the least expensive and most effective way to achieve results.
