There is no greater threat to the long-term security and prosperity of the United States today than the out-of-control, secretive Federal Reserve.
The Federal Reserve is a private, unelected group of banks that was created by congress in 1913 and was given the previously congressional responsibility of money creation. Ever since, the dollar has declined in value by 95%. The Fed does this by inflation, or expansion of the money supply. This acts as a hidden tax that requires you to pay more dollars for every product and service to recoup that loss in purchasing power. In addition to this the fed artificially sets interest rates, funds the bailouts, the wars, and picks economic winners and losers.
2013 symbolizes the 100th anniversary of the Federal Reserve. It's time to End The Fed!

There will be two events at the same time. The big banner waving over the I-80 overpass and rally/protest/march/outreach at the Federal Reserve Building and Hallidie Plaza in San Francisco throughout the day.

At the rallies and protests it would be nice if there were signs explaining that the Federal Reserve is not a part of the government. If you see the words "End the Fed", to the average american, it looks like you are saying end the government. In order to hit critical mass someday it is important to educate first that the federal reserve is indeed a bunch of bankers, and not a part of the government. Just my humble opinion.

Oscar that's correct. November 22nd is a Sunday. The rally at the Fed and the overpass event are both on that Sunday. That way we'll be coordinating with all the other groups nationwide.
