Fellow Patriots,

For the first time in decades (first time in my life…I’m 52) large numbers of average citizens are raising serious questions about the Federal Reserve and whether recent actions by the Fed have deliberately harmed the United States and its citizens.

This is a rare window of opportunity to End the Fed. This window may not be here in 2, 3 or 5 years. I believe the powers that be are working feverishly to board this window up as I write this.

These large numbers of average citizens I speak of are from every cultural, ethnic, economic, political and ideological group imaginable. Some of them think we don’t legally have to pay federal income tax while most of them don’t question the legality of the 16th Amendment. Some of them are gay and lesbian, some are straight. Some of them believe in a woman’s right to choose to have an abortion, some are pro life. Some believe any weapons ban, even on assault rifles, is a gross violation of the Second Amendment while others favor strict gun control legislation. Some think that Barack Obama is not a citizen of the United States and therefore should not be president while many others would view that notion as preposterous. Some believe the Bush administration was actually behind the 911 attacks while most would view that idea as absurd.

If you added all those people up, gay/straight, pro-life/pro-choice and all the rest...I bet they would number in the millions. As diverse of a group as you could ever image yet all of them sharing a deep concern about the Federal Reserve.

If you excluded all the people who are gay & lesbian, all the people that will never believe Bush had anything to do with 911, all those who favor gun control, all the ones who think income tax is legal, all the pro-choice people and all the people who have never questioned Barack Obama's citizenship……..how many would be left? Would there be enough to force Congress and the President to repeal the Federal Reserve Act?

When you walk up to an average citizen and you tell him you know the Federal Reserve has caused most of the economic mess we are facing and here’s how. They're ready to listen. If you have done your homework, sound intelligent, and make a good case you might just convince them to join this worthy cause.

However, if you also decide to tell them they don’t really have to pay federal income tax and filing is actually voluntary they will probably think you’re mistaken at best and question if you are playing with a full deck at worst. When you tell them Barack Obama really isn’t a citizen they might start to think you have a few screws loose. When you tell them gays and lesbians are a bunch of immoral degenerates most of these average citizens will start thinking you are hateful.

When you tell them Bush was really behind 911 (whether he was or not IS NOT THE POINT) most of them will start thinking you are a lunatic and when you invite them to come see your arsenal of AK 47s, M-16s, ammo and MREs……well they’re now convinced you’re a lunatic and they’re thinking of ways they can avoid you for the rest of their lives while they smile and nod their heads.

Ever wonder why Ron Paul doesn’t engage in the 911 conspiracies, tell people they don’t have to pay their taxes or get his undershorts in a wad over Obama’s citizenship?

He’s focused. That’s what we need to be. And we need to be smart enough to understand what it takes to increase our numbers and willing to set aside our differences for the greater good.

It will take millions of activist citizens (gay and straight, pro-life and pro-choice) who are willing to educate and motivate dozens of other people around them to demand Congress and the President End the Fed if we are to win this fight.

Anything less than an army of motivated citizens……and we’re all wasting our time here….its a social club……..where’s the barbeque this weekend……..who’s bringing the beer……I brought it last time…….damn Federal Reserve…what time is kick off…………

You're absolutely correct, there are many areas that need work, and that this work is the appropriate focus, like trying to free a favorite pet from the grasp of a huge snake, rather than trying to unwrap the pet, go for the Head. Take the head and the snake dies. once the snake is dead, the pet will be easily freed. This issue is party neutral, and will unite many factions. It's not a Republican, Democratic Issue. We are Republicans, Democrats, Black, White, Gays and Straights. Stay focused, on the Head...Right On!!!

Thanks Stephen, I'm encouraging everyone I know to get on over to the Campaign for Liberty organization web site and get involved there also.

Good to hear Scotty, I put other issues aside as well when talking in social circles. I have strong views on all the issues I mentioned in this blog. My views are typically conservative though I shudder at the thought of being considered a Republican any longer. The point I hope none of us miss is there are hundreds of thousands (millions) of independents, Democrats and libertarians who would also like to see the Federal Reserve audited. If I were to bring up my views on abortion, the Second Amendment, trade and immigration while talking to someone new I might very well turn them off or start a political argument instead of convincing them to start wearing out their representatives phone lines.

Arguing about abortion, school prayer, 2nd Amendment rights, flag burning or gay marriage at time like this in our history is like arguing over what color to paint the walls in a house that’s on fire.

Stay on message Patriots! Stay the course! Cut off the head (the Federal Reserve) and the beast will perish.

Exactly! I have never found such broad support for any issue as I have for auditing the Fed. It is already mainstream, but the leadership of the major parties and media outlets want people to think we're nuts.

I am involved in a lot of issues, but when I represent this one, I put the others aside.
