I think we can still get a good downtown crowd if we promote it. Maybe Berkeley in the morning and SF in the afternoon? There are lots of SF locals who would show up in SF but may not make the journey-- even some leftist groups like ANSWER would probably show up and make some noise.

thanks! I will contact her.... yeah unfortunately our organizing for this rally was not great.. I was pushing for the sign waving over Berkeley because you get hundreds of thousands of views throughout the day and I figured we wouldn't get the numbers we did the last time for a march/rally...... it's only 15 minutes from downtown SF.. it'll be great to have you there.... we are trying to make it more informal and kind of like a tailgate a bit at the parking lot amongst the supporters... the bigger crowd on the overpass will make a difference... and you can always drop by the SF rally later on...
