Over 1000 supporters of Presidential candidate Ron Paul turned out for the California Republican Party Convention to show their support for his message of Freedom and Limited Government. Congressman Paul remarked both during and after the event that he was "overwhelmed by the support". With a 45% Straw Poll victory for Ron Paul, Californians have sent a clear message to the GOP and the establishment as a whole that the core issues facing the nation--economic and personal liberty, reduction in the size and scope of government, rollback of both the welfare and the warfare states and the establishment of a sound monetary system--are firmly on the table. Perpetuation of the status quo is not an option!

At this event, the participants and Dr. Paul both began to realize and internalize the potential of the campaign and "President Paul!" became the new battle cry. Accept this visualization into your hearts and minds and spread it everywhere! OUR TIME IS NOW!!
